After 25 years in sales and marketing, Mr. Orshan was appointed by Governor Richardson of New Mexico as head of Science and Technology for the state. In that role Mr. Orshan grew nanotechnology, biotechnology, renewable energy and digital media clusters in the state that receives $8B worth of federal funding each year. Currently, as growth from Marsound, Mr. Orshan is involved with video advertising, economic development campaigns, and a US Presidential campaign.
