Really great Negotiations Program , Tuesday, July 01, 2008 By shwetha - See all my reviews
I just finished watching this video on Negotiating and thought it was one of the best on-line courses I've ever taken. There are all kinds of helpful hints and tips. And the instructors model for negotiating is very easy to understand. I will start using what I learned here right away.

I've taken a number of courses in Negotiations but this one provides an easy to understand, concise overview of the art and science of Negotiating. I highly recommend this course.

This was a great lesson for me, I sometimes find myself role playing in the negative way as the actors of the skills lesson. Now I feel I will be able to better listen and hear what my co-wokers are truly saying.

Thanks for giving me an opportunity to do this excellent course within short period of time. This course included almost all the components of active listening. The video technique is good, but the pronounication is not upto mark i.e. not clear audible, it hinders the process of effective listeneing and low synchronization between video and audio. The methodology for feedback and instructions for filling questionnaires were great and very easy to do the tasks.overall it is great experience for me.Thanks again for free online course.
